Carmen Awarded Grand Champion for Crafts at Kansas County Fair Visual Arts

I received Grand Champion for Crafts and Reserved Grand Champion for Leavenworth Kansas County Fair Visual Arts for my Last Supper peg doll set 4-H project. It was also selected to go to State Fair.

Seton’s flexibility allowed me to work on the dolls and put much work and detail into them and the Passover table. Seton also helped me by teaching me about the lives of the Apostles. Knowing their stories helped me to put more detail into the dolls’ appearances.

I very much enjoy painting peg dolls after the likness of the Saints and holy people.

I hope to achieve holiness in my life and do what God wants me to do, though I don’t quite know what He wants me to do yet. My favorite subject is language arts, Composition, Reading, Grammar, and especially Vocabulary.
