Simon earns 1st Degree Karate Black Belt

What did you do?

I earned my first degree karate black belt. I have trained at Karate America since age four. I am now eight.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Homeschooling has helped me have enough time and a flexible schedule to attend karate class.

What are your interests?

My interests are baseball, building with Legos and karate.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I would like to compete in a triathlon someday. When I’m older, I would like to be a karate instructor.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

My favorite subjects are math and English. I especially like working with numbers.
