Katherine Paints Picture for 95 Year Old Grandfather

I painted a gift for my grandfather’s 95th birthday. Not too many teenagers today can say they have a grandfather who served in World War II!

What organization recognized the achievement?

My grandfather was so happy to have a painting of his favorite dog Scamp.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Because my schedule is flexible I have been able to take art classes with a homeschool group for the last two years.

What are your interests?

I love the arts. I take ballet, piano lessons and art classes in addition to my Seton classwork.
