Kira Wins for Alaska in Major Archery Tournaments

What did you do?

I traveled to Redding, California to compete in two major archery competitions.

I won 3rd Place in the Western Classic Trail Shoot and 2nd Place in the NFAA outdoor 3D National archery tournament! I was thrilled to earn a top spot on the podium representing Alaska for both archery tournaments, especially 2nd place at Nationals!

Straight Arrow Bow Hunters and National Field Archery Association

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Homeschooling with Seton allows me the freedom and flexibility to learn and complete all my academic assignments and still practice on my bow as much as I need to excel in my sport.

What are your interests?

I love archery, reading books, and all things owl.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I want to become a professional archer. I also strive for sainthood every day.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

I enjoy Latin, Science, and Algebra.
