Lara and Serena’s Science Project at Notre Dame Univ

Third and Fourth Graders Lara and Serena studied the size of pumpkins and their seed production, then presented a poster at a science fair on the production of pumpkin seeds.

The science fair was organized by the Notre Dame Science Department.

Lara and Serena said that the learned about the scientific method in their homeschooling which helped them prepare their science project.

Besides creating science projects, the sisters are interested in skiing, music, the saints.

And while it’s too early for them to say what they are inspired to do with their lives, they shared what their favorite subjects are and why.

They said, “Math, it is easy.”
