Mary Catherine Awarded Gold for Mozart Sonata

I participated in the Annual Sonata/Sonatina Celebration 2024 for the first time and was awarded a gold medal.  I played a piece by Wolfgang A. Mozart – Sonata in C Major K545.

The Northwest Arkansas Music Teachers Association recognized my achievement.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Homeschooling has given me an opportunity to spend time in extra-curricular activities such as learning to play the piano.

What are your interests?

Sketching, painting, role-playing/ acting in theatrical productions, writing, and reading stories are the activities I enjoy most.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I am inspired to be a piano teacher or perhaps a book author and share my passion with others.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

I enjoy subjects such as Religion, Reading, English, and History.
