Mirabella Wins First Place in Reading Competition

On November 29, 2016, I won First Place in 3rd grade division at the Belize District Finals of the BNLSIS (Belize National Library Service and Information System) 2016 Story Reading Competition!

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

I read a lot in my homeschool work, and I have lots of extra free time to read books.

What are your interests?

I like doing art projects and reading books.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I want to be a nurse, a religious sister, and a Doctor of the Church.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

I like reading because it helps me to spell and every book is an adventure. I like science because it helps me learn about nature.
