Caroline Is Running, Places 3rd in the Michelin Tire Trot

What did you do?

I ran a 5k race in 25 minutes and came 3rd in my age category. The race is called Michelin Tire Trot.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Homeschooling is hard stuff, and so is training for a race and achieving a fast time. But I’m getting through my school, and I’m getting faster at running. Nothing is impossible with God!

What are your interests?

My interests…Running, movies, listening to music, decorating, filming and acting, folk dancing, learning practical housewife skills, hair styling, quoting, reading, taking care of my bunny, socializing, and I’m sure there’s more, but they won’t come to mind!

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I’d like to get married and have a family to add to God’s soldiers!

What are your favorite subjects and why?

World Literature, Biology, and Geography.

World Literature because I really like all the authors and stories in that wonderful book and, oh, the illustrations!!

Biology because God created us and everything around us so beautifully, and I want to know all about it.

Geography because learning about each country and its culture is so interesting and so useful too.
