“Cheska” Brings Home Two Silver Medals

Francesca “Cheska” started Taekwondo with her sister Faith in June 2021. Last April 2, they joined the Taekwondo Championships for CAMANAVA Area held at Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, Philippines. She won two silver medals for Poomsae and Kyorugi under the toddler category.

What organization recognized the achievement?

The Philippine Taekwondo Association organized the event, which also recognized the achievement.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Homeschooling provided flexibility in the schedule and provided a balance in academic learning and in pursuing other interests.

What are your interests?

Aside from Taekwondo, Cheska loves to draw and plans to pursue art and painting.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

Cheska’s favorite subjects are English, Spelling, and Art.
