Homeschooled Brothers Shine in Sports and Service

In a testament to the values of faith, family, and hard work, two homeschooled brothers, Nathaniel (13) and Theodore (11), have achieved remarkable success in both sports and community service.

As devout young Catholics, they embody the principles of their faith through their accomplishments and volunteer work.

Nathaniel took top honors at the North American Grappling Association Championship, proudly sitting on the first-place square as his brother Theodore presented him with his Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Championship belt. Theodore also impressed, securing third place in his weight class.

Beyond their athletic prowess, the brothers are dedicated to serving others. Alongside their great-grandfather, Mark Lawson, they volunteer bi-weekly with the Knights of Columbus to stock the local food pantry and provide delivery service for Meals on Wheels. Their homeschooling schedule allows for flexibility to pursue their passions and give back to their community.

Through their achievements, Nathaniel and Theodore demonstrate that Catholic homeschooling integrates faith, family, and service with academic excellence and extracurricular success.
