Jacob Rallies His Team, Named Player of the Week

This is my second year playing in Intermediate Division U14. I played catcher and infield in our first game of the season. On my first and second At-Bat, I hit two doubles, three RBIs, and two runs. On my third At-Bat, I was hit by a Pitch.

After the game, I was selected as the Player of the Week. My coaches said I played well as a first-time catcher and helped my team to rally because of my hits. Even though we lost the game, it was a good experience for me, and my parents are proud of me.

What organization recognized the achievement?

I am playing in Dubai Little League Baseball.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

We have flexibility in our studies, so it was convenient to schedule around my training.

What are your interests?

I love playing baseball and video games.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I want to play professional baseball.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

I love history and enjoy learning new things about the country’s history, especially since I live away from the USA.
