Jonah and Family are March for Life Pilgrims
Our local Catholic Youth Group (WACY-Wyoming Association of Catholic Youth) partly sponsored our trip to the March for Life in Washington, D.C, as we rode for 8 and a half hours on a bus to DC.
How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?
Homeschooling allows me flexibility in my schedule so I can take time off here and there for meaningful pilgrimages like this one.
What are your interests?
I enjoy playing chess, creative writing, and drawing both realistic sketches and comics.
What are you inspired to do with your life?
I aspire to become a priest, a lawyer… or both.
What are your favorite subjects and why?
I have been enjoying Geometry and Spanish this year. For me, geometry just seems to make sense; it’s very rational. The Spanish language is allowing me to reach a wider audience with whom I can communicate; besides, it’s fun… like the book says.
In the photo, left to right: Iggy (my younger brother), my mother, me, Simon (my younger brother), and Augie (another younger brother). Behind us is a friend from WACY, Lillian. The photo was taken on the Green, at the March for Life Rally in front of the Smithsonian.
