Max’s Team Reaches Top Three in Regional
What did you do?
My Little League team finished in the top 3 at the Southeast Regional Tournament.
The games were aired on ESPN+ and ESPN. They were also broadcast on the radio station TheRiver, 95.3. This made it fun for family and friends to watch us play or to listen to the games!
I was surprised when I hit the winning hit in the Virginia/North Carolina game!
What organization recognized the achievement?
Little League International recognized this.
How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?
Being able to practice with my brothers year-round, between classes, and on lunch breaks. Really, whenever I didn’t have to sit and do schoolwork. Since my brothers (an older and younger brother) are homeschooled, too, we can play ball anytime we aren’t busy.
What are your interests?
Right now, I’m just focused on baseball. I also serve the Traditional Latin Mass, and when I get the chance, I like to go fishing.
What are you inspired to do with your life?
I’d love to play baseball for the rest of my life!
What are your favorite subjects and why?
I really like History, especially American History. I enjoy learning about what has happened in our country and what our country has done.
