Gymnast Silvana Brings Home Gold, Silver, and Bronze

Gymnast and student Silvana Torres Gutierrez won eight medals in the 32nd Annual Gasparilla Classic in St. Petersburg, Florida over the February 22/23, 2020 weekend.

Silvana Torres represented Colombia at the Gasparilla Classic, the largest USA Gymnastics competition in the world.

In the Saturday competition, competing in Level 3, she won Third Place with three silver and one bronze medal. In the Sunday competition, she was awarded First Place in her Level 3 category with three gold medals and one silver medal.

Silvana is enrolled in the Gymnastic Academy Nueva Juventud in the city of Cajica, Columbia. The Academy is a member of the Colombian Federation of Gymnastics.
