5th Grader Joshua Wins in Virtual Piano Contest

What did you do?

I won 2nd place in the Cypress Creek Music Teachers Association (CCMTA) Virtual Piano Contest for 5th grade.

What organization recognized the achievement?

CCMTA recognized the achievement.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Homeschooling gave me time to practice on the piano.

What are your interests?

I want to be good at math. I like distance running and studying history.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I want to be a good cross-country runner.

What are your favorite subjects, and why?

I like math because it teaches me about numbers, logic, and reasoning, and Bible history because I enjoy hearing stories about God.
