Cassidy Wins Championship Receives Commendation

Cassidy Anne Lacson-Villafuerte, a high school junior of Seton Home Study School, received a Special Congressional Commendation for winning the 2020 USA Archery Nevada State Indoor Championship Olympic Recurve Female Cadet Division.

Cassidy has 3 US Nationals and 4 Nevada State Titles to her name. She has also represented the USA at the World Youth Indoor Championships in Macao in 2019, where she won Bronze and Silver in two respective events.

She was a member of the 2018 USA Archery Dream Team. The Dream Team was a program designed to identify talented young archers and bring them together for training camps, exposure to advanced coaching and competitions.
