Clare Won Double Bronze in Jiu-Jitsu Competition

I won double bronze in a Jiu-Jitsu competition. I competed in girls’ ages 12-13, grey belt, Gi, and No-Gi. This is one belt level above where I am right now.

 What organization recognized the achievement?

Pikes Peak Grappling recognized my achievement and put on the event.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Homeschooling helped me because it allowed me to get a lot of training without worrying about homework. The flexibility was a lifesaver.

 What are your interests?

My interests are Jiu-Jitsu, acting and dance, reading, baking, and spending time with my friends and family.

 What are you inspired to do with your life?

I am inspired to become an entrepreneur. I want to run a bakery and sell all my baked goods.

 What are your favorite subjects and why?

My favorite subject is History. I love learning about the past and how we can use it to better shape the future.
