Hillsdale Summer Program in Italy for Moira

Because I hope to attend Hillsdale College, I applied for their summer program in Italy. I am very excited that I was accepted, plus I received a scholarship for the trip based on the merit and strength of my application. The course studies Western Civilization in Italy, and if I do well, I will receive three college credits after the course, which is this July.

The course is offered through Hillsdale College.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Homeschooling helped me achieve my goal of attending the Hillsdale Summer Program by providing me with a challenging academic program through Seton Home Study School that helped me to write a successful application essay.

What are your interests?

I enjoy ballet, piano, baking, science, and classical literature.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I hope to become a physician.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

I love all the science classes I have taken thus far, particularly chemistry. I also love English and have really enjoyed the English courses I have taken as a Seton student.
