Joanna was selected to play the role of the Virgin of Guadalupe for the Mexican celebration called “Las Mañanitas.”

Blessed Sacrament Church
Did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?
Yes! It gave her the time to memorize the lines without reading the script. It also gave her time to spend more time at our local church practicing.
What are your interests?
Her interests are playing guitar, drawing, reading, and writing.
What are you inspired to do with your life?
She is inspired to become a lawyer, ultrasound technician, or journalist.
What are your favorite subjects and why?
Joanna’s favorite subject is English because she enjoys the books that are sent to her to read for the four quarters.
