Joseph Receives Superior Rating at Music Festival

What did you do?

I performed “Perpetual Motion – Little Suite No. 6” and Vivaldi’s “Concerto in A Minor” in the Moraine Music Festival and received a Superior rating. I will receive an award plaque at an Honors recital. I am also First Chair Violin in the Lake Country Youth Orchestra.

What organization recognized the achievement?

The Moraine Musicians Guild

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

It gives me enough time to practice every day.

What are your interests?

I enjoy being an altar server and playing violin, soccer, baseball, skiing, golf, and Legos.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I am inspired to do God’s will with my life.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

My favorite subjects are Math and History. In Math, I enjoy story problems, multiplication, and fractions. In History, I am interested in the Romans (after visiting Rome last year) and World War 1.
