MaryKatharine – Superior at Honor Recital

What did you do?

I received a Superior rating and performed Bach’s “Prelude in G Minor” and Correll’s “The Cuckoo and the Nightingale” on the organ in the Moraine Music Festival’s Honor recital.

What organization recognized the achievement?

The Moraine Musician’s Guild recognized the achievement.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Homeschooling gives extra time to practice the organ and take lessons at local parishes.

What are your interests?

My interests are soccer, skiing, piano, organ, knitting, and reading.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I would like to be a nurse or an organist playing Sacred Music.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

My favorite subjects are Math and Music.
