Silvana Plays in Tamburitzan Concert

This year I participated in the Jr. Tamburitzans of the South Hills. We had our final concert on June 7 and it was great! Over the last 8 months, I learned to dance, sing in Serbian/Croatian/Slovak/Russian and play the prim (a tamburitza instrument). It has been a wonderful adventure through music, geography, physical education and FUN! What a great match for a homeschooling child!

I like to experience different subjects in new and fun ways. The flexibility of homeschool allows the extra time needed to concentrate on Tamburitzans.
