Rebecca Performed from Memory for Superior Rating

I performed from memory and received a “Superior” rating for playing “Da Jesus an dem Kreuze stund” by Scheidt and “Kyrie” by Lachenauer on the organ for the Moraine Music Festival competition.

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

I can schedule each week to go to local churches to practice on the organ.

What are your interests?

I enjoy organ, piano, soccer, skiing, ice skating, making jewelry, and knitting.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I think I might like to become a nurse and perform Sacred music on the organ.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

My favorite subjects are History because my mom reads it to us and Reading because the books are interesting.
