Brownie Audrina Receives Girl Scouts Religious Award

What did you do?

As a Brownie in the Girl Scouts, I completed my Religion Research and earned the Religious Award for Young Women of Distinction 2021. It was all about My Promise and My Faith, which is part of the Girl Scout Law.

I choose the Law about being Considerate and Caring and found my religion teacher to interview and I choose Mother Teresa and St. Therese of the Little Child. All three inspire me to be considerate and caring about my family, friends, people in need, and my church family.

What organization recognized the achievement?

Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida

How did homeschooling help you achieve your goal?

Homeschooling gave me the courage to interview a very nice person, my teacher at St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish, plus I was able to research information on Mother Teresa and St. Therese of The Child of Jesus. My presentation was informative.

What are your interests?

My Interest is science.

What are you inspired to do with your life?

I hope to become a Doctor.

What are your favorite subjects and why?

My favorite subjects are phonics and art. It is easy for me to hear the sounds and know the words. I love painting and making things.

The photo was taken in our living room at my home in Florida.
